  The smallest sliders are scaled up slightly. Filter Resonance is a modulation destination. Different filter types are grouped in tabs and colour coded. EQ has properly labeled parameters. Improvement to the Limiter filter type (attack depends on the "speed" parameter) Virtual Analog PWM oscillator. (perfect to use as a sub-oscillator) Improvements to the Noise Generator (proper modulation, stereo-noise) Improvement to Phase Mod, Ring Mod and Amplitude Mod filter modes (use a pure sine wave). Improvement to Phase Modulation filter, is now low pass filtering its input.

  More analog-style filters, tweaked non-linearities in the ladder-filters. Fixed a bug with controlling the start phase of a host-synced lfo. Rewrote a big chunk of gui-code for mac-compatibility. This is the first release for the intel mac. Tested in VSTLord and Abelton Live.

• 2008-01-22 Implemented MIDI Program change (for all ACID users out there). Fixed a bug that might have caused a crash on any system (I'm hoping this is the last Cubase crash). Upgraded to VST 2.4.
• 2008-01-20 Fixed a GUI bug only visible in Cubase. Entering values in the textbox updates the big slider in the middle. New 0-1 Ramp shape for LFO (useful for morph). Lag on Sequencer can be 0. Slower periods on synced LFOs. Knobs cast shadows, more 3d-like gui :)
• 2008-01-13b Fixed bug when closing GUI. (tested in Cubase LE, Cubase SX, Reaper, Cantabile Lite, and EnergyXT)
• 2008-01-13 (this build is known to crash hosts other than minihost and cubase LE) Step sequencer can use host-tempo. LFO can use host-tempo and sync phase to host. LFO have a bunch of useful shapes. Visualize start phase(s) of oscillator. Global limiter is now stereo separated. New filter added (stereo separated limiter) Support rational numbers (x/y) in text entry. GUI speed improvements. (some under the hood changes to the GUI) Fixed saving midi-learned cc properly. Fixed automation from gui.
• 2007-12-19 Fixed a performance bug with the GUI.
• 2007-12-15(b) Fixed a bug with the text field not accepting values. Changed to only display 3 places of precision (i.e. will display 0.01 instead of 0.0099999 ). Minor improvement to the LFO-release.
• 2007-12-15 Added More CC sources and Midi Learn for them. Added Configurable order of the Global FX (Delay, Reverb, and Limiter). Added Attack to Limiter. Improved Morph smoothness when switching tables, it's now very hard to hear. Improved LFO to be sample-correct so now LFOs and SEQ can run in sync forever. Fixed a bug (introduced when saving memory), where morphing could cause a pop. When saving a bank, master-volume (and other "global" parameters, like CCs) are now saved in every program of the bank.
• 2007-12-10 Fixed the crashbug from previous version (introduced with memory saving).
• 2007-12-09 (this build has a crash-bug) Fixed a bug with Helix not telling the truth about the number of automatable parameters to the host. Memory usage is now patch dependent, meaning you will see the memory usage go up and down when browsing patches. You only "pay" for the features you use. The big win is for patches not using "morph" wich is a memory intensive affair. (later the same day) Fixed the sustain pedal (cc64)
• 2007-12-07 Revamped Modmatrix in a big way, it's now similar to Reasons Thor. Great care has been taken to ensure that old patches are still loadable. Added support for sustainpedal, modulation wheel and channel pressure. The wave display show the startphase. Added support for 24bits samples. Release polyphony (like reasons thor) to kill releasing notes when new notes are triggered. Changed to cents (from seminotes) for detune and spread. Fixed a bug with very high notes lacking high end. Fixed a bug with the limiter-per-voice messing up the stereo image.
• 2007-11-05 Both RMS and Peak are used to normalize waves. Reverb predelay is now in seconds. Master Volume (Not chenged when you're flipping through presets). Simple Limiter. Limiter per Voice (a filter-type). Kill voices on preset change. Reset Delay and Reverb on preset-change. Delay time 0 is now supported (used to wrap to 1 second). Wave display shows discontinuities. Times in envelopes upped to 64 seconds. Some displays were offset slightly (step seq. and super-count, among others). Boost fundamental creates one if none exists. More LFO shapes. Full names on LFOs. Redraw performance fix.
• 2007-10-20 GUI refresh bug, filter-Q turned into filter-Res (and code to handle old presets), Fixed slider speed, new simple LP filter.
• 2007-10-18 Loads of fixes for the GUI. Mainly tabs. Too many bugfixes to mention.
• 2007-08-14 Implemented user waves (single cycles, mono, less than or equal to 4096 samples) Fixed reuse of voices in Mono-mode.
• 2007-08-05 Fixed a bug that caused a click when using the Mono-mode. Possible fix for a multithreaded isse. Tweaked some of the presets to use the "copy-phases" functionality (Emulated Sync needed this)
• 2007-08-03 Proper Mono and Legato Modes. Copy-Phases, if you're modulating "morph" you definitely want this. (keep the phases from the left wave into the right, and wave-tables in between)
• 2007-08-02 Shape-Octave-Phase. Boost-Fundamental. Exponential envelope-shape looking more like an exponential decay. Loop points in step sequencer.
• 2007-07-31 Fixed a GUI-redraw issue. Fixed filter in delay (only filter one feedback loop, and open filter means open filter). Disabled "every-other-note-pan-reverse". Fixed ugly Super-voice-Panning bug.
• 2007-07-30 Added 3 modes to the delay. Now can do Stereo-cross (the original mode), Left Cross, Right Cross, and Stereo.
• 2007-07-27 Changed super-panning to be same as an established softsynth (all voices panned "as much as possible"), Fixed a bug in phase of "super voices" (had almost no effect, that's the "phasing" effect), Added shapes for Envelope phases (linjear, smooth, early, late), Moved some gui stuff around a bit
